Return Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, ALBANEES does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product arrives damaged or defective.
  • The item received differs from your confirmed order.

Any return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.


Refund Policy

Refunds or replacements may be approved after verification in the following situations:

  • Incorrect product delivered.
  • Product received in a damaged condition.
  • Order lost during shipment.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference regarding fragrance notes.
  • Opened or used products.
  • Incorrect address or contact information provided by the customer.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
